About Us

We are a martial arts facility dedicated to improving the lives of families and singles in the Danville area.
You and your kids can either come for regular classes or take specialized courses. We also offer summer camps for kids so they can improve their skills while mom and dad get a short yet much-needed break.
Get to Know Our Instructors
Our instructors have over a century of combined experience and are passionate about providing martial arts training. They make fantastic role models for impressionable youngsters who want to learn healthy physical and mental habits. They are also encouraging mentors, friends and instructors for adult students.


Mike Mitchell
Mike Mitchell is a proud black belt, having trained under World Champion Caio Terra. He has ample experience with children as he is a father and has coached children’s little league baseball and soccer. Mike offers professional training and instruction that will help kids of all ages make the most of their Jiu Jitsu classes. He’s also a great role model who will inspire kids to reach their full potential on the mat and in life.

Stephanie Moon
Stephanie Moon is a Gracie Fighter black belt and exercise enthusiast. Over the years, she has tried out various forms of exercise before making martial arts a cornerstone of her career.
Stephanie has competed in international competitions, coached a Muay Thai Kickboxing team and provided training for many women’s Jiu jitsu courses. She brings inspiration and experience to the mat, inspiring you to want to work out regularly and reach your fitness goals. As a dedicated women’s teacher, she is adept at helping single women, married women without kids, mom and even grandmothers get the most out of Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai Kickboxing classes.

Marty Armendarez
Marty is a high level MMA competitor who has beaten impressive opponents. He is also an experienced and versatile wrestling coach, and received his black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in 2012. Marty teaches classes every Wednesday, helping kids and adults of all ages improve their moves and learn new ones.

Dave Anderson
Dave Anderson is an experienced wrestling coach and a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He is also a two time All American Wrestling Champion who trained with the United States Olympic Team.
Dave is great at imparting the physical and mental training you need to become a great wrestler. He takes pride in helping beginners, intermediate and advanced students steadily improve their skills and techniques.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Brazilian jiu jitsu is best known for its incredible ground fighting techniques. Ideal for those who have a small build, it will teach you to overcome large opponents at the gym and in the real world.
Muay Thai Kickboxing
Muay Thai kickboxing masters have been known to beat masters of other martial arts. This “art of eight limbs” martial art works out your entire body while helping you develop both physical and mental discipline.
Wrestling
Wrestling effectively works out your whole body in a short period of time, making it an ideal class for those who have limited time to exercise. It also hones mental skills such as perseverance and improved concentration.
